We will no longer accept negative tests.

Proof of vaccination is required of everyone after 5:00pm~~~
 

After 5:00pm all guests are required to provide the following :

-A vaccination card, showing fully vaccinated status; OR

-A photo of your vaccination card, showing fully vaccinated status; OR

-A digital vaccine record from third-party apps; AND

-All guests will be required to show a government issued photo ID that matches the name on your vaccine card.

-Masks are recommended and appreciated but not required.

-No minors are permitted on premises after 5:00pm.

-Our alley entrance will not be available. All guests must enter our Union Avenue doors at 1221 Union Avenue.

During daytime hours from 11am to 5pm, you will need a mask to enter the building, order at the bar, while using our bathrooms, or otherwise not actively eating or drinking.
